⚠️ Payment Error – Need Help?
If your payment is not going through on Neet-Database.com, don’t worry.
Please follow the steps below to successfully complete your payment.
1️⃣ Try a Different UPI App
Sometimes one particular UPI app may show error or delay.
👉 Best lag-free payment apps (recommended):
✅ Paytm { Best App }
✅ PhonePe
✅ Amazon Pay (Amazon UPI)
👉 Not recommended:
❌ Google Pay – payments through Google Pay often fail or get stuck, so we suggest avoiding it for a smoother experience.
If your payment failed on one app, try again using Paytm, PhonePe, or Amazon Pay.
2️⃣ If Amount Above ₹2000 Is Not Going
If you are trying to pay more than ₹2000 and the payment is failing, please follow this method:
First send ₹2000 only.
Once ₹2000 is successfully paid,
Go to your UPI / payment history,
Then send the remaining balance in one or more payments.
✅ Example:
Total amount = ₹4500
First payment: ₹2000
Second payment: ₹2000
Third payment: ₹500
After all payments are done, take screenshots of the successful payment page or UPI history and keep them safe in case we ask for confirmation.

Do not refresh the page while payment is processing.
If the amount is debited from your bank but not reflected on our site, it may be auto-refunded by your bank/UPI within a few hours.
